It's been 4 months now that I have undergone a Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy procedure/surgery or what we call the GALL BLADDER REMOVAL- awww!!!!!(http://gicare.com/Endoscopy-Center/Laparoscopic-Cholecystectomy.aspx). Imagine when my surgeon showed my husband the gall bladder he removed from me, he was so scared and shocked that it was full of tiny stones or what we call GALLSTONES-we can get these if we eat food with too much cholesterol on it:(http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/153981.php) and these tiny stones were the reasons why I suffered unbearable pain for almost 3 months: including sleepless nights, vomiting and abdominal pain. Many suggested that I should not go for this procedure and should go for self treatment remedy like: detoxification and or what they call gall bladder flush-but you have to do this on your own-meaning your taking a big risk here- because not most of the time it is successful resulting to more complications like stones blocking your bile duct which is very painful and scary. And I don't want this to happen to me so, as a result I went for Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy procedure. Having done this procedure last Sept. 2 has given me discomfort and dilemma in going out for a long period of time in public places. It became my SOP whenever I go somewhere else to check the nearest comfort room or a toilet in each floor and not to exaggerate things- in each CORNER of the mall I go to and WHY is that- It's simply because I can't hold anymore my pee or vowel; That's the biggest disadvantage of having NO GALL BLADDER at all. Imagine I can't enjoy eating food outside-who knows what will happen next!( have to go to CR frequently at LEAST 3-4X a day just to remove my vowel). In short I became a SUKI of the comfort room and now it is my favorite area of the mall -I'm really a huge FAN now of this area :. I'm writing this blog now not to scare you but I want you to be aware of your body and the foods you take in to your body. If you want to be HEALTHY..... Eat Right..... ;)
Here are some pictures of some stones taken from my Gall Bladder(the rest of the stones where taken for some laboratory tests together with my gall bladder):

Below are signs of having Gall Stones(taken from this site): http://www.webmd.com/digestive-disorders/tc/gallstones-symptoms
- Start suddenly in the center of the upper belly (epigastric area) and spread to the right upper back or shoulder blade area. It is usually hard to get comfortable. Moving around does not make the pain go away.
- Prevent you from taking normal or deep breaths.
- Last 15 minutes to 24 hours. Continuous pain for 1 to 5 hours is common.
- Begin at night and be severe enough to wake you.
- Occur after meals.
